Peach cubes have the luscious, floral, sweet flavour and fragrance of ripe, juicy peaches.

In a glass of your choice, muddle a cube in a tablespoon of water. Add sparkling wine or water for a peach mimosa or Italian soda. Try it in lemonade, too!
