Cleanse Face & Body Bar LLC is an independent authorized retailer. When you order from us, you are purchasing from Cleanse, not directly from the brand. We are authorized retail partners for the brands we carry, including (but not limited to) Face Reality, Skinbetter Science, Hydrinity, Anfisa, PCA SKIN, Sorella Apothecary, Skin Script, Nutrafol, Osmosis, Eminence Organic Skin Care, Spongellé, Blinc, Kitsch, and Sweet Water Decor.

PCA SKIN: Due to PCA SKIN policy, we do not sell or ship PCA products outside the United States.

Shipping Policy

  • Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders $125+ sitewide.
  • Face Reality only: free shipping on Face Reality orders $100+.
  • Standard shipping rates otherwise depend on weight and destination (typically about $7.50 or $12).
  • You’ll receive tracking once the order ships. Carrier delays are outside our control; we’ll help if something goes wrong.

Return Policy

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.
  • Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer items are generally not eligible for return (exceptions may apply if we shipped the wrong item).
  • To start a return, email info@cleansefaceandbody.com with your order number.

  • 10% off on a 3-month delivery interval
  • 12% off on a 2-month delivery interval
  • 15% off on a 1-month (monthly) delivery interval
