Online Shopping Policies:

We encourage all customers to regularly see a licensed skin care professional or Dermatologist. 

Due to PCA SKIN policy, we do not sell or ship PCA products to customers outside of the United States.

Cleanse Face & Body Bar is an independent business from PCA SKIN, FarmHouse Fresh, Eminence, Face Reality, Sorella Apothecary, Hydrinity, Anfisa,  Skin Script, or any of the other brands we carry and that you are not ordering products directly from these brands directly. We are authorized retail partners with all brands we carry. 

Return Policy:

Products unopened may be returned within 30 days of customer receiving package. Customer may pay for return shipping.

Shipping Policy:

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to get your products to you fast. Most orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.
